Entire Value Chain Investor

As a fully integrated real estate investment platform, Erbiller Holdings is covering the entire value chain in its investments: from acquisition and financing to planning, development and marketing with the aim to then either sell to third parties or preferably keep as yielding asset for the long-term.

Following a rigorous due diligence process, new investment opportunities are often acquired at off-marketInvestment selection is aligned to one of the three pillars of our company business strategy:

Acquire & Hold (A&H)

We identify properties with long-term potential and aim to acquire them as part of our yielding portfolio. By holding these properties, we seek to maximize their value over time through strategic management, market insights and optimisation of rental income.

Acquire & Sell (A&S)

We recognize opportunities to acquire properties that can be enhanced and sold for a profit. Our team carefully evaluates market trends and identifies properties that have the potential for value appreciation in a reasonable timeframe. These assets are usually large-scale development assets.

Financial Real Estate Assets (FREA)

In addition to direct property acquisitions, we collaborate with investors who are interested in participating on an equal basis (pari passu) or where EPH facilitates the transaction by re-positioning the asset. This allows us to leverage our expertise and network to create mutually beneficial investment outcomes.
